2. Enrollment

2.1 By enrolling in the digital marketing course offered by DigitalMarketingAgency, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2.2 Enrollment becomes effective upon receipt of full payment or completion of any registration process required by DigitalMarketingAgency.

2.3 DigitalMarketingAgency reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment without providing a reason.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment for the course must be made in full prior to the commencement of the course unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by DigitalMarketingAgency.

3.2 Payment plans, if offered, must be adhered to as per the agreed terms.

3.3 Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of enrollment without refund.

4. Course Content

4.1 DigitalMarketingAgency endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date course content. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided in the course.

4.2 Course content, including lectures, materials, and assignments, is the intellectual property of DigitalMarketingAgency and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

5. Participation and Conduct

5.1 Students are expected to actively participate in the course, attending lectures, completing assignments, and engaging in discussions as required.

5.2 Any disruptive behavior, including harassment, discrimination, or plagiarism, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the course without refund.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to DigitalMarketingAgency within the specified refund period, if applicable.

6.2 Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and may be subject to administrative fees or deductions as determined by DigitalMarketingAgency.

6.3 DigitalMarketingAgency reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course at any time. In such cases, students will be offered the option to transfer to another course or receive a full refund of fees paid.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 DigitalMarketingAgency shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the course, including but not limited to loss or damage to personal property, loss of profits, or loss of data.

7.2 In no event shall the total liability of DigitalMarketingAgency exceed the amount paid by the student for the course.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
